Cindi was the most incredible realtor I have worked with and literally changed my life for the better. I was with a different realtor for 4 months and wasn't even shown a property. Cindi not only had me visiting properties immediately but in less time than I was with the other realtor, my boys and I were moving into our first home. Cindi worked so hard for us, dealing with some very difficult professionals and trying to get us into a home that was right for us and with an expedited timeline. She spent time with me and made me feel like a very important client even though I was purchasing fairly inexpensive. She made sure that I wasn't going to move into a home that needed work as she understood my situation as a single mom and shared her expertise in homeownership. The personal aspect of my journey with Cindi still blows my mind. She spent so much time with me, as a first-time buyer, to make sure I understood everything, she would field questions for me as if I was her only client and I most certainly was not. She referred me to contacts she had from cleaners to insurance. She took the time to personally meet with those involved in my home ownership process and would spend an incalculable amount of time talking with me and reassuring me as I would panic about the process. She made timelines for me, so I knew when different paperwork, payments, etc were due so I could stay on top of things from the buyer's standpoint. I could literally write a book about how much I appreciate and adore Cindi. Cindi is not only the best realtor I could have hoped for, but she has also become my lifelong friend. I will 100% be recommending her, as she was recommended to me, to everyone I know!

As first-time sellers, my wife and I were initially intimidated by the process. Our “To Do” lists read like a Game of Thrones novel. This was before we called Cindi. We got to an item on our list that said, “GET COOL PERSON TO HELP SELL OUR HOME AND MAKE US MILLIONS”. So, we called Cindi and it was like we unleashed magic. Here’s how the magic went down – In addition to customer reviews and history, she looked cool. Second, on meeting her the first time she didn’t talk down to us after telling her, “We don’t have a clue about this whole process…”, in fact, she came prepared with a calming and professional demeanor and spoke to us like we were buddies heading out for a picnic. She will come across like your long-time neighbor, and that’s an added bonus. Next, she is a no BS. If Cindi didn’t know, she told us, “I don’t know, but I’ll have an answer for you shortly.” She was as prepared as a professional in the field can be for most questions and concerns. I can confidently say, if Dentists were half as courteous, as professional, as honest and responsive as Cindi– I’d make dental appointments every week. She turned out Game of Thrones Novels into Cliff Notes that became less intimidating with every piece of advice she offered. Cindi kept things realistic (which means we had to drop our goal of making millions and settle for a little less). In fact, it wasn’t just good advice, it was great advice. My wife hates surprises, and she hates being blindsided by negative situations. Cindi was like a “Wife Whisperer”. Without drugs or alcohol, she kept my wife calm after being hit by a few surprises. I thought to myself, “I must learn this Jedi Mind Trick”, but it wasn’t trickery. It was Cindi's sincerity and her quick response to our concerns that kept my wife calm. Basically, she took care of things right away. Go figure – if I take care of things right away, my wife stays calm? Interesting. To summarize – Cindi made us feel like friends and she made the whole process feel easy.

Cindi was wonderful. She listed to both of us and zeroed in on the perfect house for us. Could not be happier with Cindi’s professional service.
